Whether you are in education, working, or somewhere in between, we have a programme for you.
Our programmes are about the things that cannot be taught in classrooms or lecture theatres. Participants develop a sense of purpose and direction, increase self-confidence and become more active citizens. Transformational learning occurs through contact with people whose life experience is different from your own, by virtue of age, culture or circumstances.
Any of these programmes can be adapted to suit the needs and interests of your organisation. We also enjoy co-creating new programmes with partners anywhere in the world.

Life skills

We run this programme for schools in the United Kingdom, on behalf of the British Council.

Intercultural skills
This short course is an introduction to intercultural practice - the way we behave in different and unfamiliar cultural contexts. What are the factors that influence our own attitudes and behaviours and those of others? What do we mean by culture, and what are the features we need to be aware of? What happens if we get it wrong, and how can we get it right?

Heritage
Working with schools, museums, historic sites and other cultural organisations, we offer a unique programme of soft skills development for young people, based on the digital exploration and presentation of cultural heritage. Each programme is collaborative and tailor-made to suit the local features and specific interests of the places and people involved.

Special projects
We design online and hybrid programmes in response to the needs of particular groups or requests from partners. Recent examples include “ShePower” leadership and media skills for young women in Morocco, and “Young and Dynamic”, a lecture series for young people in southern Africa. We are currently running “Connect-UA”, a leadership skills course for young Ukrainians.
